Perth and Kinross Accredited Club Excellence Scheme (PACES) was launched in March 2009. Perth Strathtay Harriers were amongst the first group of ten Sports Clubs to reach Foundation, Community or Development level. The Harriers achieved the top level and were presented with their PACES Development award at a ceremony on January 20th 2010.
